I believe it is one of the most common problems among all of us! The fall happens more between the months of October and November, but the truth is that it can happen at any time! In addition to the products that exist to stop the fall – and which we have already talked about here several times – there are some behaviors that we can adopt on a daily basis.
Stir hair. Avoid pulling your hair when it is wet, as it is more fragile, and always comb gently without pulling.
Iron in the body. It’s been proven that women who have low iron stores have higher rates of hair loss, did you know? What to do? Prefer oily fish, egg yolks and vegetables with dark green leaves, as they are good sources of iron, essential for the health of our hair.
Pay attention to the food plan. In addition to strengthening iron, eat a balanced diet that provides all the essential nutrients to also nourish our hair. Products rich in fatty acids, omega-3, proteins, vitamin B12, A and C should be part of our daily diet to prevent the scalp from becoming dry.
Pay attention to the water you drink. It is important to filter the water, as tap water sometimes contains chemicals that are harmful to the hair.
Prefer mild shampoos. Look for gentle ranges, preferably developed by dermatologists, always with the aim of strengthening the hair from the roots, in order to improve microcirculation and balance the scalp.
